** it's too small to call a dance FLOOR -- and it seems to be made of granite or slate, which is spectacular when some drunken sot spills a drink and the sorority girls are gettin 'jiggy wid it. i'm forced to suggest that a surface with a little more traction (and less head-splitting potential) might be in order.

A few years ago at a similar event David Gregory of NBC's "Meet the Press" was on stage getting "jiggy" with Karl Rove in an impromptu dance session where Rove called himself "MC Rove"; it was a sight worthy of poking your own eyes out with an ice pick.
