Resolved, That there be allowed and paid out of the widow of joha treasury of the Commonwealth to the widow of John H. Paine, late assistant register of probate and insolvency for the county of Suffolk, who died on the third day of April in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-three, the amount of salary to which he would have been entitled had he lived until the expiration of the year eighteen hundred and ninety-three.
