I would say 100% would be able — not unable — to do all of the above, and to tell you basic laws of kashrus (finer points are often learned after conversion), basics of Shabbos observance (ditto), the names of and reasons for major holy days and the the holy day is Biblical (Pesach, Shavuous, Sukkos, Rosh Hashannah, Yom Kippur) or Rabbinic (Purim, Chanukah), and a good deal more.
