    yarb--not a franchise, exactly. But, that said, I'm using the term "trade names" loosely to mean words and phrases people use that come from commercial origins. I guess. (Probably didn't explain that too well...) But that's why things like klieg eyes are on the list. That's not strictly a trade name either.

  • No, I'm familiar with the silent movies ('Cops' with a 'C'). But since it appears on CB's "trade names" list, I assumed it was somthing other than just the name a movie franchise.
