• A subtribe of orchidaceous plants of the tribe Epidendreæ, chiefly epiphytes with terminal inflorescence, the pollinia in one or two series of four. It embraces 15 genera besides Lælia, the type, including Epidendrum, Cattleya, etc. Written Læliadæ by Lindley.
