  • noun A crinoid genus belonging to the family Ichthyocrinidæ, which, like Ichthyocrinus, appears as a solid body when the arms are closed, except that the posterior rays of the six brachials are not in contact, but are separated byanal plates. The genus occurs in the Silurian of North America.
