My suggestion is to remove that content from link button tags and use a div or panel and do postback from javascript onclick you can do postback for a button as document. getElementById ( 'buttonID'). click (); so, add an attribute to the div onclick in the row databound event to do the postback for the linkbutton in that row.

Second, your issue has nothing to do with url rewrite at all, you have a nasty JS file that causes the issue which is: shared. js, you will find it in 'js' folder in your website, it will change the url of any clicked hyperlink/linkbutton if the link is not using cssclass
