I've been throwing in more stuff, but the rambutans and lychees from the last month still haven't broken down completely (you can find the lychee seeds!).

For the frosting I wanted something that wasn't too sweet (as lychees are sweet by nature) and that I could pipe into stable shapes, so I decided to use a swiss meringue buttercream and it worked out perfectly!
