Oh, for God's sake, why don't they just come clean and use the job title "high priest" or "witch doctor"?
Even if there were someone alive with the necessary skills and political savvy, you can bet your bottom dollar that they have an undeclared alien taking their pets to doggy daycare or manicuring their erotic topiary garden or something, so that they would never make it through the confirmation circus.
