December 15th, 2006 at 2: 00 pm interesting concept. i agree with the noise of the turbines, also i wonder about their effectivity. 100% all year round? and the facade. looks lovely in renders .. but how r they gona be built in real life? a-la mikimoto ginza of toyo ito?
