I use Trader Joe's dry peso tortellini, one large can of stewed tomatoes, one bag of fresh spinach, fresh mozzerella, one chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt (to taste), pepper (to taste) and turkey sausage (out of casings and pulled apart).
