It would seem there would be various multas - fines - assessed and definitely some (probably unreasonable) bank charges, but the upshot of it all would be a sort of limbo if the beneficiary (ies) didn't pay the fines and fees and subsequently take out a new trust or sell the property to a Mexican citizen.
