I believe that "Oh My Lanta!" is a local exclamation used by residents of Atlanta, Georgia. Kind of in the same contexts as "Oh my Lord", or "Oh lawdy!".
Presumably it stems from (a) the fact that Atlanta is often referred to as "Hot Lanta" by the locals
(b) a pun on the stomach antacid "Mylanta".
