June 22nd, 2010 / Posted by fp julia / Permalink one of the largest and most eagerly anticipated music festivals in the world starts tomorrow – glastonbury! located on worthy farm in pilton, glastonbury has been going on since 1970 – the day after jimi Hendrix died, to be exact. it has come a long way since its first year, when attendance was only 1500 and the cost of entry was one pound which included free milk from the farm. now there are too many artists playing to even list, and tickets are extremely hard to come by – but i can see why. it is definitely on my list of festivals that i must attend at some point in my life.
