The total allowable transaction for each checking, debit-card and automated clearinghouse transaction remains the lesser of $10,000 or 90% of the Sept. 15 predistribution account balance, Reserve Management said.
And no more than 90% of the predistribution balance of each account may be distributed, either through the liquidation process or service transactions in aggregate, it said.
According to Rawls, while income redistribution creates dependency, property predistribution empowers.
Under property predistribution, by contrast, the playing field is leveled by spreading property ownership before income is generated.
And to actually post on topic, I think that the predistribution clearly states a specific agenda: in fact, it seems that they distributed the early releases to those who would tout the film: that aspect they can probably argue as a marketing strategy, and thus NOT giving pre-show copies to Clinton et. al. they can argue as not being in their marketing interests.
So why don’t we, as Monopoly does, pay everyone some regular income — not through redistribution of income, but through predistribution of common property?
The late John Rawls, one of America’s leading philosophers, distinguished between predistribution of property and redistribution of income.
