I would actually like to point out, and i know that im revealing myself as a huge nerd here, it wasn't a laser whip in johnny mnemonic it was mono-wire. oh and on a more realistic note. with cyborgs comes cyber-psycosis. when a person gets so much metal crammed into their body and loose their grip on reality. oh and most fictional accounts usually show these types to become the wild killing type.
