They will be able to point to psystar and show how Apple did nothing against them, setting a precedent.

If you're a pro cost isn't an issue because its detuctable on taxes, and a real apple product is supported. .they'll even come to your studio to fix your gear. if you're an average consumer, the psystar can't hold a candle design wise to apple products and there still is no support for it at the apple stores.

Of course Apple is not a monopoly, that's not the argument psystar is making.
