Reviewing 1.9.5 (Jul 4, 2007) a very nice shell with a lot of features. i think it has a shiny future but the skins are not very beautifull but you can make a lott out of it. sorry for my bad english. but on the other hand, you can also use 'samurize', its free (ok, not a shell) and highly customuzable!

WinSet, AlwaysOnTop, on, SamurizeClient-Default okay, finally fixed it. i presumed that winget would monitor the active window by default but i just needed to specify "A". i'm using it with a samurize bar right now until i figure out why Launchy misbehaves. but i just wanted to thank everyone who helped!! for reference, i've included it below:

Otherwise If you click on Samurize on desktop it is clickable and If you click on let's say C drive on samurize window it will take you to C: drive.
