True i setup ext4 for ubuntu 9.04 on one of my multiboot sata's, no 'boot' partition needed, but due to the extra required ext3 boot partition for ext4 on Fedora 11 i installed both the kde and gnome versions of Fedora 11 single boot on two separate ide drives i had as spares to test it.
