I think this deal is a precursor to another deal or two, baez, sherrill. i think Mcphail asked for a reliever cause if we trade two of the current ones we'll need their replacements.

Mcphail does it again, reppin off the bedard trade. i was a big fan of Sherill n sad to see him go, but this helps the future, we got 2 of their top 15 prospects for sherrill.

i think it's time to see what value sherrill has with other teams. i would prefer johnson and ray to close games out. i would think sherrill being a lefty and some teams needing a closer the orioles could get decent value for him. i like to see the o's bring up young pitchers who will eventually become starters to begin their major league career in the bullpen.
