Lots of flavor rich dark flavor with a nice sour-berry not sweet finish, best enjoyed at "room temperature" - this would be British room temperature, so that's ~55 degrees Fahrenheit - it's a nice departure from, well, pretty much everything.
It is aptly termed by the Crees weesawgummeena, sour-berry.
