We can't afford it. suggs needs to be resigned. scott would be great to have on the team and perhaps the ravens could sign ray lewis to a 2 yr contract at 8-10 million a yr and offering him a 10 yr contract after he retires for a million or two a yr. thus saving money for the salary cap.
