I actually haven't heard a single "tabernac" so far, though my ear is still getting attuned to the local French -- in fact, I'm afraid I won't have much in the way of interesting linguistic reportage; our stay is just too short and we're focusing on seeing stuff.
Before you know it, you will all be saying eh…wistfully getting cravings for poutine and saying tabernac with the best of them.
Note to self: practice more … calisse, plus forte, tabernac …. and Tei, she is equally entertaining en francais.
