I worked at a Bottling Plant recently, well a few years ago in Portales, NM and this lady would drive to the plant and sell taco's out of her car. their were taco's in green sauce, and taco's in red sauce, I believe it was pork, but they were so good. they would be wrapped in aluminum foil, and basically consisted of a flour tortilla, and the ingredients.
