Tissue was postfixed in 1\% osmium tetroxid in Sörensen's phosphate buffer for 1 h, washed 3 times and dehydrated in ethanol with increasing concentration: 25, 50, 75 and 96\% for 2×10 min respectively and 100\% for 2×15 min.
