On the assumption that these 'expressions' are supposed, at least nominally, to make sense, this would read better as 'the rapist therapist'.

You're right, of course, Sionnach. Other possibilities are: "therapist: the rapist" (i.e. as a – rather cynical and completely unjustified – general description of the profession) or, less controversially, "the rapist's therapists"
