For cTAL staining, acetone-fixed sections were incubated with a human anti-uromucoid goat antibody (1: 200 dilution, Cappel) for 30 min at room temperature, rinsed thrice in PBS, and incubated with FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulin (1: 50 dilution; Dako Cytomation) for 30 min at room temperature.
