And the little gizmo that prevents atrial fibrillation from becoming vfib called the av-node that prevents and delays the rapid circus electrical dragon in the atrial pathways from causing sudden cardiac death by only randomly and slowly allowing the irregular irregularities from reaching the ventricles.

Except of course is wolf-parkinson-white where there is a hole in that gristle and you get pre-excitation syndrom which is a delta wave (easy to ablate) but if you try to chemically convert that with calcium channel blocker you can cause vfib and that happened at a hospital where I was in training and the patient ended up, sadly the young man was brain damaged from the lack of forward flow during the time he was in vfib.
