RIVERA is the guy who needs to be our mayor. sensible and wont spend your tax payer dollars on your personal agenda. haddad is ok, but his stormwater and psb issue needs to change. maybe he needs to change his policy and agree to let council handle the fees and the city collect the money, but sub out the work to the psb. he may also need to re-think this 500 mill master plan that went down from 700 mill that guerra said originally. im not sure where he sides on impact fees either. i dont believe he is another wardy, but that could change with his policies.
