I went to their forum (zenwalk) and told them what has happened, but it seems that they are another ubuntu forum, all they said is that I should create a 200MB separated partition just for boot, is this right? should I create a small 200MB partition for grub installation from now on? hope now you can understand me better.

It looks like the other forum was giving you advice on how you should have done the initial install rather than telling you how to recover from the bad install. hello everyone, I actually didn't came to ask for help on this matter at all, I came to tell what has happened with zenwalk, and the way it did what it wanted instead of following what I have specifically told it to do.

To build a Zenwalk package, grab the source and run make-zenwalk-package. sh.
