almost negligible?...horrid english on that criminal minds show...like very unique? either it is unique or not either neglible or not..thats what the word means...so little as not to be significant....how can it be ALMOST so few as to be insignificant?....then that means it is actually NOT NEGLIBLE!!..ahhaha!
