This is probably a sniglet of photoshop & philatelist, but I've seen it used to describe people who use photoshop to essentially scrapbook... adding stamp features and labels to baby pictures, etc.
"Clickerrific" is a slang term for websites that absorb a lot of a person's time by clicking... and clicking... and clicking. Clickerrific sites offer so many interesting related links that when you finally navigate away, you notice that you've just spent 2 hours on the site. Wikipedia is clickerrific and educational; Cracked is clickerrific but likely bad for you.
