I made this word up myself (I think). It refers to sarcasm delivered with just the right amount of subtle sneering. It occurred to me after seeing the new words "sarchasm" (the gap between brilliant sarcasm and the person too stupid to get it) and "ignoranus" (someone who is both stupid AND an a$$h*le)on one of those Words That Aren't Words But Should Be" lists.
