Redistribute the Poverty is what President Barrack Obama has done to the United States after he was elected. Rather than make the poor RICH, Obama made the RICH, poor.
Also seen as trickle down poverty. Obama has the worst record of any president since George Washington. He has spent more money than any President and has created ZERO jobs for the trillions of dollars he spent.
