lbhuey commented on the word gracious professionalism
It's an organizational value of FIRST. It means to be fair with and have good will toward your competitor as well as with your allies and team mates. An example of behaving with gracious professionalism is when a competitor or team calls a time out or helps an opposing team repair their robot, even if it results in that team later winning the challenge.
