This phrase of a "tax bill" of: "money owed for taxes" might be right for some who acknowledge it as a debt due or owed, but technically a tax be only a charge* and so when contested of the party, at least here in New Hampshire, has the Article 20 right to a trial by jury when of there being over $1,500 is dispute of this method of reaching a verdict considered "sacred" = inviolable = secure from violation, with secure = assured as guaranteed = like by the N.H.
