  • In Origami, a Crease Pattern is a way to represent the folding procedure of an Origami model.

Instead of showing all the steps one by one, the creases are drawn on the paper, with an indiction to distinguish between the valley- and the mountain-folds.

The folder must then follow this crease pattern to pre-crease the paper. Once all the precreasing is done, he must then build the model, using the creases.
