Glarf is the name of my pet cat who was previously known as Isis, and then Holly, by her previous owners, but once she became my cat, I felt that the whole purpose of having a pet was so that you could give it your own pet name, and in this case it's Glarf, so all you pet lovers out there just give your pet your own pet name, no matter how unconventional it is, and set a new standard in pet names, one that is worthy of WordNik's recognition, for to 'Glarf" something is to claim it as your own !
