zizoo commented on the word antefluance
Heh, but how many wee ones are actually on Wordie particularly? Then again, if I'd found this site when I was eight, I'm sure I'd have been totally enthused with it then as much as now. A geek is me, was me, and always will be. ^^;Edit: And... I think you might likely be speaking of slightly older kiddy-esque creatures. I'm rather bad at picking up on some of these things sometimes. Especially since I don't expect to see an eight-year-old in a pub generally. xD

zizoo commented on the word circumcredance
That definitely works. Thanks. Awesome word by the way, 'madeupical'.... Heh.
zizoo commented on the word hypoflexive
Hmm, well, thank you all. I do rather like hypoflexive, though hypotropic could be good as well I suppose. ^^And I must say that I do find consistency quite boring in many respects. =P
****.... Oh well. Now I wish I could delete the word. Mmf....

So... then how ought the word be constructed from Latin bases? Just "antefluence"? Or does "ante-" not work there for some reason which eludes me?And yes, it is indeed made-up.
I know I made it up. >.> It's on my "words I made up" list (Very appropriately name "Zizoo's words"). Although I'm probably gonna go through now on all the others and edit my first comment to include that I made it up. And I'm just making them up out of boredom and a vague understanding of base words derived from knowledge of English rather than directly of Latin, so lemme know when I'm screwing up the form....
-nounQuality of being believable without receiving open acceptance (esp. ideas or concepts).(Latin circum "around" + cred "belief")(edit)Made-up word brought to you by... apparently an idiot. xP

How about teflon, or polyvinyl? Those are cool. =3
zizoo commented on the list words-that-describe-themselves
And my last two there are just a silly little Monty Python reference. If asked I'll delete them. =P
I'm just trying to think of traits that words have by default.... >.>
