This year's Big Bad is a crazed tag team of religious zealots (Edward James Olmos and Colin Hanks as his tormented disciple) who stir things up with a classically gruesome crime scene foreshadowing more gruesome revelations (or is that Revelation?) to come.
There was Marx and Engels harrumphing in the background; the legacy of the Six Day War; the Falklands; Rhodesia/Zimbabwe to be discussed; and, eventually, the rise of Big Bad Maggie Thatcher and Britain's brief conservative interlude.
Edie's (Nicolette Sheridan) creepy husband, Dave Williams (Neal McDonough), is this season's Big Bad, apparently.
In the past, for instance, not listening to the Big Bad in my game has led to the unintended (by the heroes) death of innocents.
