The Infinity’s command crew including Volyova is called the Triumvir, currently being led by Sajaki, one of the most maddening characters in Revelation Space, because there are moments one would think this is the character who will give the story the extra edge, by either direct action or offering some revelation, but we have to settle for what in reality can be described as a series of wonderful cameo appearances.
