  • Bull's Eye is how they call the sunny-side up egg in the part of India I live in. Or, well, used to. Not sure now.

  • That's interesting R because in Indonesia they call a 'sunny-side up' fried egg a bull's-eye egg, a telur mata sapi. Not having often fried bulls, or their eggs, I wasn't sure what to make of it.
