1. The act of murdering or killing one's manager or supervisor or director.
2. Thoughts of murdering or killing of one's boss. Mental game of plotting one's job supervisor, manager, director's (etc) death, usually done to relieve stress.
I coined this word about twenty years ago while working for a bio-tech organization.
