  • This word just came out of my mouth one day during a frustrating political discussion, as in "I have no clue as to what our government is really up to. I feel like such a circumstituent!"

    What I meant was: one who finds herself in a set of enormous and complex predicaments (along with everyone else), largely not of her own making, and must put her trust in representatives to the solution-finding process who's true intentions are a complete mystery.
