This is my word.
It combines "control" with " in charge ".
The definition is: Used as a strong description of leadership in situations, usually as a strong admonition or as an assertion of supreme authority .
From the youngest in the family to a controlling oldest brother: " You are not in concharge of me!" (Strong admonition)
From the mother of said siblings: "I am in concharge." (Supreme authority)
