When I was a kid, my uncle would often use this word in conjunction with
segunafranz" as a way to explain what he was doing with a gadget. Later when I was older he explained that he didn't always know the name of the parts he was connecting and used this word. It referred to whatever part he couldn't define as he explained to me what he was fixing. He'd say: "Well, you see here; this fisteris here needs to be connected to this segunafranz there. . . "
