  • WordiePRO! How could I forget?! *slaps self in head with a fearnought screen*

    December 24, 2008

  • That should work. :-)

Two more nominees: Plethora's fine Squiddy and Prolagus' brilliant Wordie PRO!

    December 24, 2008

  • Yes. I think I'll be doing one of those email-me deals.

    December 24, 2008

  • Thanks, whichbe. Will you note if a list gets more than one vote?

C_b, I'm relying on my equally vague memory, so not to worry.

    December 24, 2008

  • I'll be keeping a running list of nominations at wordie list of the year 2008.

    December 24, 2008

  • They're vague in the sense that nothing is older than "about 1 year ago." Yes, there's probably no way to tell. Not that it matters--I was just curious.

    December 24, 2008

  • As far as I can tell, they are all from 2008. The list makers would probably know better. I think it might be hard to pinpoint exactly because time stamps become vague after a while.

    December 23, 2008

  • Reesetee, I went back to add links and your comment came up. :) Are these all lists that were created in 2008?

    P.S. I second yarb's Fictional music genres!

    December 23, 2008

  • C_b, it took me so long to post that comment that you beat me to it!

I second sionnach's "Change One Letter."

    December 23, 2008

  • Since we can't tag lists (yet), how about citing List of the Year 2008 nominations here? I'll start. :-)

Chained_bear's Arsenal for Civil Defunse and Things That Get Way More Fun When You Add a "G" to Them

Palooka's Carol Wright Gifts and Craigslist - stuff for sale (a lovely duo)

    Yarb's Fictional music genres

    Plethora's Eternal Questions

    Sionnach's Defunct professions

    Bilby's Place Names of Distinction

Oroboros' "Let's go strap on the ole air'chine and bore holes in the sky!"

I'm sure I'll come up with more if I keep wast--I mean, thinking about it. :-)

    December 23, 2008

  • I nominate sionnach's Change One Letter, Prolagus's Sailormoon attacks, and whichbe's My Little Phonies lists. :)

(I probably forgot four or five others, or six, or eight, or twelve... Like whichbe's IKEA list, or sionnach's defunct professions, or several of bilby's and mollusque's panvocalics, and yarb's and reesetee's...)
