Hilarious! :-)
Those of us who were raised Catholic may remember playing "church" using the white Neccos as communion wafers (or, if less than reverent, using all the pastel-colored ones).

I never liked the chocolate ones, so I'd try to buy packs with as few brown wafers as possible.

Alas, I was raised in the Methodist church and we had reconstituted Welch's grape juice and cubes of Wonder bread for communion. It did not do much to inspire mystery, fantasy, or play.

Funny, slumry--in my first true encounter with someone who did not experience wafers and wine at church, I was flabbergasted that they had grape juice and bread instead! The things you learn while young.... :-)
I agree, jennarenn--the so-called chocolate ones never did much for me. However, I loved the wintergreen ones!
