  • Among of H.P. Lovecraft's imaginary works, and less well known than the Necronomicon, are the Pnakotic Fragments/Manuscripts.

    The word is supposed to be associated with the equally fictional city Pnakotus, but cursory research hasn't let me establish whether the city is Lovecraft's or a later Cthulhu Mythos convention.
