• (Zoöl.) A large, handsomely colored, blue and bronze, labroid fish (Iridio radiatus, syn. Platyglossus radiatus) of Florida, Bermuda, and the West Indies. Called also pudiano, doncella, and, at Bermuda, bluefish.
